가우디의 작품은 눈에 확 튄다!

역시나 길을 잃었다.. 지하철에서 바로 내린거 같은데..
비도 오는데 또 헤매기 시작했다 그러길 30분 가량..
다른 방향을 찾아서 가고있는데 이건물이 눈에 들어왔다
찾고있던 가우디의 까사 바뜨요임은 의심할 여지가 없다..

Casa Mila
자른 돌을 그대로 쌓아올렸기 때문에 일명 '라페드레라'(La Pedrera)라고도 불린다. 
철저하게 직선을 배제하고 일그러진 곡선을 강조하는 이 건물은 참으로 신기하다.. 
왠지 파도가 모티프가 된거 같다는 생각이..
곡선의 빌딩.. 멋지다!
시간이 늦어서 못 들어가 본다는게 아쉽지만 다음에..^_^

Casa Vicens
바로셀로나에 있는 친구를 만나서 그친구의 안내로 찾은 가우디의 건물..
구엘공원근처에 있는데 가이드북엔 없어서 그냥 지나칠뻔했다..
이건물을 보는 순간, 나는 왜 우리나라의 절이 생각이 났을까.. 알수없는일이다
화려한 주택이다 진짜..^_^

The residential Casa Vicens (Vicens House) was built between 1883 and 1888 for the ceramics industrialist Manuel Vicens i Montaner at No. 22 Carrer de les Carolines in Barcelona. 
Forming part of the architect\'s early period, the building\'s structure is still dominated by straight lines. 
The decoration, however, appears as an explosion of imagination and brilliant colors, ideas that Gaudi; would not cease to cultivate. 
This budding originality is seen in the bands of glazed ceramic on the lower part of the building and on the columns of the upper section with its large towers at the corners. 
Especially exceptional is the interior decoration in Mudejar style, a combination of the elements of Christian art with Arab ornamentation.
The interior is at times completely patterned after decorative styles in vogue in Granada in the 14th and 15th centuries, such as the stylized stalactitic ceiling in the fumoir. Indeed, many of these elements can still be seen in the Alhambra.
